Jonah Rex!

I'm so bad with updating... but exciting news.. I got a kitten! His name is Jonah Rex and he is adorably amazing. So stoked to have him as my new buddy. Pics below :)

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Just got my own place and well ya know... that's pretty time consuming. Since the weather has been so beautiful I've been wearing my flower clip a lot and so I decided to show you my two favorite outfits that went with it. I also am on a tight budget and wanted to decorate my place a bit so I decided to use my "painting skills" that I acquired in college to add some funkiness to my new home. I love peacocks. I think they're fun and add a lot of personality. :0)

Welcome to my newest project...work that quirk. I'll be posting pictures of outfits for work, weekends, and fun events. I might throw in some new music I discovered ,a film or theater review or some pictures I took. It's just a place to celebrate uniqueness and diversity. I hope you enjoy :0)

I wore this outfit the past weekend while visiting friends.

Hat is from Forever 21. $12

Dress is from Forever 21 as well for $22.

Cardigan is from... you guessed it... forever 21. $12.

and my shoes are from Urban outfitters. $40.

Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the boutique I got this ensemble from.. it is in Summit, NJ which if you've never been is a super fun town. I however only spent $45 on the dress and hat and I guess the point I'm trying to make is a hat can go a long way and can really pull it all together. :)
